Core Fusion Yoga
Core Fusion Yoga combines yoga asanas that raise the body’s heat, intense core functional training to strengthen and tone the core, and Qi Gong circular movements and stretching to move energy and produce a state of inner calm and balance.
Restorative Yoga & Meditation
Restorative yoga is a passive practice designed to release muscular tension, deepen the breath, and quiet the mind. Using blankets, blocks, and props, you are guided through positions and pranayama (breathing exercises) that allow you to release overworked muscles, achy joints, and unconscious habits of physical and emotional holding.The practice not only opens your body, but also balance the nervous system and supports the brain’s neural networks of peacefulness and contentment.
Slow Flow Vinyasa
Slow Slow Vinyasa is a calming yoga practice whereby postures are linked together through the breath, warming the body and allowing you to move deeper into each position. Poses are held for a moderate length of time and pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation are incorporated throughout the class to create awareness in mind and body. The class ends with deeply restorative postures designed to release all remnants of tension.
Strala Strong Yoga
Strala Strong Yoga is a moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body while resting the focus calmly on the breath. We move with ease, whether the movement is challenging or simple. This sense of ease allows you to accomplish “hard poses” easily and efficiently, leaving space for the mind to get calm, centered, and focused.
Core Fusion Barre
This ballet inspired, core-centric class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Push yourself to the limit — and then find balance — as every hard worked muscled is followed by a deep, relaxing stretch.
Core Fusion Sport
A high-intensity, full-body workout that combines interval training with strength building and plyometric exercises. Using a resistance band and weighted ball, this hour will sculpt, shape and transform your whole body. Get ready for jump-backs, lunges, squats, and core twists as you connect your breath with movement and your power with results.

Drawing from my extensive background in yoga, Pilates, functional training, and meditation, I craft personal programs to give you the perfect compliment of muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, and mental calm. I will teach you the most effective, and time efficient exercises to powerfully transform your body and mind from the inside out. The only equipment you need is a mat and your body!
