Positive Psychology Foundations: 6-Week Class

When moving towards lifestyle change, research shows that we are most successful in concert with others. I invite you to join me on Thursday evenings starting September, 2017, for an exciting 6-weeks of learning and growth where we will dive into the theory and application of positive psychology.

Over the course we will:

  • Explore the fundamental principles of positive psychology
  • Create new habits of mind to enhance positive emotion in daily life
  • Cultivate mindfulness and compassion
  • Increase your willpower through evidence-based practices
  • Learn communication skills to improve relationship and connection
  • Explore your values to unearth your deepest, purpose-driven motivation
  • Effectively set and accomplish goals for lasting lifestyle change
  • Learn the skills of mental resilience to navigate life’s stressors
  • Harness mind and body to experience the natural joy of being alive!
